The Clove Club: The Art of Hospitality

In 2016, for the first time ever, The World's 50 Best Restaurants is introducing The Ferrari Trento Art of Hospitality Award, celebrating outstanding service and the creation of unique dining experiences. In the lead up to the announcement of the award winner on June 13th, we're exploring the different approaches to hospitality at top restaurants around the globe.

First up is The Clove Club in Shoreditch, London, No.55 in the extended World's 50 Best Restaurants list 2015. Co-owners Isaac McHale, Johnny Smith and Daniel Willis have a unique approach to hospitality, shunning starched tablecloths and stuffy interiors in favour of relaxed informality alongside outstanding food.
