Amber Lounge Abu Dhabi 2016

After wrapping up the Formula One 2016 season, Mercedes' Nico Rosberg savoured the unique feeling of winning his first F1 World Championship, with a line-up of drivers and the F1 fraternity at Amber Lounge Abu Dhabi, The Original F1 Experience.

Located at Yas Links Golf Club, the party was full of jetsetters, Middle’s East most beautiful girls and the F1 world.

British R&B superstar Jay Sean performed his biggest hits alongside 6 DJ’s from around the world including PBH and DJ ONO.

Sunday’s party was jam-packed with F1 drivers who all knew Amber Lounge would be Abu Dhabi’s hotspot. The crowned 2016 Formula One Champion Nico Rosberg partied the night away with 14 F1 drivers including Daniel Ricciardo, Sebastian Vettel, Max Verstappen, Valtteri Bottas, Nico Hulkenberg, Felipe Massa, Carlo Sainz, Romain Grosjean, Jenson Button, Kevin Magnussen, Felipe Nasr, Pascal Werhlein, Marcus Ericsson and Esteban Ocon. Amber Lounge was the final party of the 2016 F1 season.

Jenson Button and Felipe Massa celebrated their end-of-season race with team members, friends and family. Both DJ’d and enjoyed with the guests their momentous careers in Formula 1. Daniel Riccardo, Sebastian Vettel, Max Verstappen, Nico Hulkenberg and Carlo Sainz stood on the sofas to share this memorable occasion. The party escalated to electrifying heights when the newly crowned World Champion was carried onto the stage by the ecstatic crowd.

During the racing weekend, Amber Lounge Celebrity Yacht immersed its guests into the high-octane atmosphere of F1 with the ultimate race-viewing hospitality. F1 drivers Nico Hulkenberg, Esteban Gutierrez, Stoffel Vandoorne and Eddie Jordan rubbed shoulders with Jay Sean and VIPs. The attendees enjoyed Nico Rosberg winning the race from one of the Marina’s best point of view.
