Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2016 was a whirlwind of emotion, excitement and mutual celebration that took place over two days in September 2016. Starting with #50BestTalks: Latin Liquids and leading into the Chefs' Feast and a grand awards ceremony at Centro Cultural Roberto Cantoral in Mexico City, we celebrated the best of Latin American gastronomy, with Virgilio Martinez's Central once again winning the top spot.
