Elena Reygadas, Rosetta Mexico: 50 Best Kitchen Insights
In 2014, Elena Reygadas won the prestigious title of Veuve Clicquot Latin America’s Best Female Chef, with her restaurant Rosetta simultaneously making its debut onto the Latin America list at No. 33. We caught up with Elena at her restaurant in Mexico City to find out about her favourite Mexican ingredients, her thoughts on guilty food pleasures and the prospect of hosting Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2015 in her home city.
