There is a new king as a No. 1 restaurant in the world. The catalonian restaurant El Celler de Can Roca is now the owner of the crown but René Redzepi from Noma former king now on No. 3 promises to make a comeback.
Most restaurants remain in Europe with a few surprises in Asia with Narisawa in Tokyo, Japan and in Latin America with Central in Lima, Peru.
