Sunday Festival at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus
Set by the shores of beautiful Bosphorus, Aqua Restaurant turns the brunch experience into a festival every Sunday with selected dishes of international and Turkish cuisines, as well as additional touches of ambiance. With its convenient setting in the city, it is an opportunity for families and friends to get together and savour delicious food with unparalleled Four Seasons service.
A children’s play area with different types of entertainment makes it attractive also for families with kids. Live music by Purple Hand Band makes the whole experience even more memorable.
The buffet-style brunch features delicacies ranging from antipasti to cold cuts, pasta, brick-oven pizza, sushi, seafood, egg cooking stations, local and international cheeses with more than 20 varieties and freshly baked breads. Supervised by the Hotel’s brilliant Executive Chef Savas Avdemir, the team prepares delicious choices emphasising rich flavours of Turkey, including the renowned doner kebab and traditional cag kebab.
Stations such as a mocktail bar, barbeque zone and Istanbul’s street food specialties including pide, rice pilaf, stuffed mussels, manti and gozleme are also available for brunch guests at Aqua. As in previous years, the dessert buffet is an eye-popping pleasure by itself.
Sunday Festival is available every Sunday from 12:30 to 3:30 pm.
